Privacy Policy
GiftPulse is operated by The Aslan Group LLC as part of the PulseNetwork family of sites and APIs. This page describes what data this site handles, plainly.
What this site collects
- No accounts and no profiles. You can read every page on this site without registering anything.
- No advertising trackers and no first-party analytics cookies. We do not run ad networks or tracking pixels on this site.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps routine request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations. We use them only for that.
Recipient phone numbers and email addresses (API use)
GiftPulse is different from a pure data API: to send an airtime top-up or gift card, the caller submits a destination phone number (top-ups) or, optionally, a recipient email address (gift cards). We pass this directly to Reloadly (reloadly.com) — our fulfillment provider — solely to complete the requested send/order. We retain the minimum needed for idempotency (so a retry isn't double-charged) and reconciliation (so a failed delivery can be investigated), not for marketing or profiling, and we do not sell this data. Gift card redemption codes returned directly in a paid API response are never cached or logged by us beyond what's needed to answer a legitimate re-fetch request from the original buyer (see llms.txt for the access-gating mechanism).
If you contact us or register an API key
If you email us, or register a pay-per-use API key, we keep your email address to provide support and service notices about that key. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to marketing lists.
API payments
API calls are paid over the x402 protocol in USDC on public blockchains (Base, Solana). Blockchain transactions are public by design; we do not attempt to link wallet addresses to real-world identities.

Pages here link to third-party sites, including some affiliate partners (see our affiliate disclosure). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which govern once you leave ours.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@theaslangroupllc.com. Because we keep so little, most requests are simple.
